He handled everything great since I met him early in the morning at 7:00 am till I pick up the car! He helped me to drop off the car quickly, to get a loaner and suggested what kind of maintenance service the car needs. He followed up, kept me abreast of any additional service if I needed and when to pick up. He is an excellent service advisor.

I so appreciate Jose’s pleasant low key no pressure approach which was demonstrated the first time I met him, when I was buying my first BMW and during the pickup.
