I have worked with other BMW dealers on LI, but I will go out of my way to use Rallye now, because they are much more knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented than others dealers that I have dealt with on LI. In fact, I learned things about the car when I picked it up and they did a walk through, that other dealers never told me and it has enhanced my driving experience!
