After being greeted immediately, I was assigned Johnny as my service advisor. This is my second Rallye BMW, and the best service experience I have ever had here! Johnny is super attentive, with all issues resolved!

I had a very good experience at Rallye Service center, The whole process took 15 minutes. Gianni Marini was my service advisor and he was Excellent, set me up with a loaner and ensured everything would be taken care of. Took care of my tire leak / replacement with ease, I came back to pick up my car all ready to go and they even washed / vacuumed my car! Excellent service department and an even better experience.

Got the car M550 at price I expected. Larry and Rich are both willing to work with me to complete the Deal . Nice Job ! Sales at front desk greeting all customers who came in to visit
Drop of the car to fix the malfunction brake light. Finally, they found the problem is the light holder. They called me twice to update the status within 3 hours, first time is they expect to have a part in the Saturday afternoon. Second, they find out the part will be there on Monday. They asked me to use the loaner car for the weekend. I am satisfied with their fast response and service.
