Dennis Deljanin has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been to other bmw service centers and his professionalism and knowledge far outweigh any Other bmw employee I have seen.
They were done as they said at the time frame they gave me. Took care of all my issues. Great car wash afterwards in and out. Definitely looking forward for the next service visit.
I arrived at the dealership not quite knowing what to expect. Three years ago I did not have a good experience however, I must say the interaction this time was quite unexpected. It is quite apparent that there is either new leadership or new staff who have been trained in customer service. Everyone was warm courteous and quite professional in their interactions. I will continue to use this dealership for all my future needs.
Extremely professional on top of everything I needed. There’s nothing else to say I think my first sentence says it all. And you should change your length of review sometimes the fewer the words the more meaningful it is.
While My reason for staying with BMW for so many tears can be reduced to one service person, Carol Muniz, it is true that the all the other BMW folks also really take pride in the quality of their efforts. (including caring for each customer.).
