Great. All went well. I was happy with my service experience. Making this 25 words is silly and making me type this is annoying as I am sure you have heard before.
issues that were raised were fixed perfectly, the car looks better than new, and things were done that I hadnt even asked to be done. kudos!

Adam Romano picked up the ball after a fumble and scored a touchdown! He took total control of an unexpected situation and when all was said and done you would never know anything was wrong!
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. I was immediately greeted and taken care of. They gave me a very clean loaner as requested. They even offered me free bottled water and coffee. When i got a call saying mycar was readg for pickup, they reviewed everything they did.
this rating is toward the service dept. only...my service advisor for the past 3 years was Adam Romano, he is very attentive to our needs and always made our experience a score of a grade A
Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Adam looked at my service records and had upcoming needed maintenance conducted so that I wouldn't have to return at a later date.
Rallye BMW is an amazing place to buy a new BMW, or have your car serviced. Great location and friendly staff makes for a wonderful experience. Also Chris Blanco is the best.
