Opens very early which is great for me. Met with James went over what I needed. Work done excellent. Pick-up was breeze. Very Happy

Adam Romano is the best service advisor! He got me right in to replace a bad tire on my 750 and arranged a loaner BMW right on the spot! While the car was there he let me know there was a recall campaign on the car and did that along with an oil service. He also told me about two of my other tires getting very low on tread life and I was able to replace them in same visit. Fast,convenient, and clean! Great experience!
I received excellent service. I called the morning of for an appointment and wasn't disappointed, they gave me several time options. I was most pleased.

Performed annual service and state inspection in just 2 hrs. Car was washed and returned fine. I will more than likely use them for future repairs after getting prices.
Rallye has its highs and lows, but if you want excellent service from the service department Adam is hands down the most efficient service representative at Rallye and I’ve worked with quite a few. He’s personable and reliable a rare trait in the automobile industry
