Everything was fast painless I was in and out in 5 minutes it was best service I ever had and if they tell you in another dealership that you can’t get a loaner if you did not purchase car from them -it���s a lie .They were kind,respectful and when they tell you they will keep in touch they do.I did not needed to chase them down on the status of my car .thank you all a specially Sheneta it’s so nice to feel appreciated
I was a little perturbed .. came in for basic service and also for inspection sticker.. had a coupon for free inspection value $37.00. Came back to pickup the car and I was told that they couldn’t do the inspection due to a Bubble in the front tire was very small can even see it... took my car somewhere else had no problem getting a new sticker..
Great service experience, as usual. I was in and out in the time that was given to me when I broughy my car in and the service given to my X1 was above and beyond. David was professional and thorough & I would definitely & highly recommend Rallye service!

Quick and fast service. Easy experiance. Nice clean loaner car with navigation. I was in my loaner within 5 minutes of pulling in to the service garage.

These guys are hands down the very best bmw dealer for service. They are also better than every other brand I have used: Audi, Benz, Maserati, Range Rover, etc. You can tell they've made the investment in their facilities, their processes and their people (computer systems, associate training etc). This leaves very little to chance, e.g., a new advisor or an advisor having a bad day etc. Keep it up guys
