Service people were fine in listening to my problem with the 750L1.. the problem is that is that it seems to burn oil and they had no solution. I was told that I should expect to put in a quart of oil every 800 miles. that is not acceptable as I also have a S550 '15 and that does not happen. I like the car but do not know how much longer I can continue to be (1) annoyed when it says you need one quart and (2) stop to get and put in the oil. is there a solution?
Everything was fast painless I was in and out in 5 minutes it was best service I ever had and if they tell you in another dealership that you can’t get a loaner if you did not purchase car from them -it’s a lie .They were kind,respectful and when they tell you they will keep in touch they do.I did not needed to chase them down on the status of my car .thank you all a specially Sheneta it’s so nice to feel appreciated

My experience at Rallye BMW’s service center was exceptional. They took car of me and my vehicle quickly and in a straightforward fashion. When it was discovered that my preventative service was more involved with an unknown needed repair, they set me up with a loaner vehicle within a few minutes. Overall it was a great experience.
