I was extremely please with my experience at Rallye BMW in Westbury, N.Y. The salesperson was very curteous and helpful and used a no pressure approach with me. This facility is very impressive.

My service this time around was terrible. I did not get all my concerns rectify even after i call the service advisor. I am actually still waiting for his call. I know everyone are busy but at some point in time you have to remember to return a customer call
I was helped in a fast period of time. All my questioned were answered. My issue was resolved. I am satisfied with the service and care received.

Rallye is an excellent dealership. George Javier is a wonderful salesman. I highly recommend Rallye BMW to anyway looking to buy a car. In over two decades of owning and leasing cars, no other experience has compared to Rallye BMW. Adam Romano takes away all of the hassle and worry when it comes to my cars. Nick Soldo and Adam Romano are a great team! Always working with you in your best interest. Ease of knowledge of problems and potential problems and completing paperwork with insurance company.
