This was my first experience at Rallye and my first BMW. Pierre was so patient as I worked through deciding exactly what I wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions all along the way. Bought my 2011 X5 and leased a 2014 3 Series from Gabriel Hale and now leasing a 2017 3 Series from him. Great work on getting the pricing into our budget. Adam Romano has been our Service Adviser on our vehicles for the last 3 years and is the best, always makes us feel like we are his number 1 customer. The team of Hale and Romano has kept us loyal to Rallye BMW. I would not look any place else.

My mother had been in the market for a certified pre owned BMW 5 series. Denise is simply outstanding. First off, she is the most realest and herself service advisor out there. Some other people give off that "acting too professional" vibe but shes both genuinely professional and funny at the same time. Anyways long story short, Ive had a wheel alignment problem with my car for a long time. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience at Rallye during every step of the process. Staff was very kind and courteous. Sales Advisor, Hasan was a pleasure to work with and addressed all my questions and concerns with my lease and vehicle.
