This is my 4th leased BMW from Rallye. I no longer even live in NY but I can’t beat the pricing and ease of doing business here. Bert works with you to get you the best price (I shop around and it's better by far than other dealerships) and then takes care of everything down to the smallest detail so when you pick the car up you truly just sign and drive. I am always thoroughly comfortable and satisfied with my experience at Rallye BMW with Bert Vargus and all of the support sales group. Everything goes smoothy, efficiently and my satisfaction is always a top priority. I have developed an excellent relationship with Bert and he is always willing to help me out when I need any kind of advise concerning sales, service and related car issues. We have bought several cars from Bert, both new and used, and I wouldn't consider going to anyone anywhere else.
This is the third car we have leased from this dealership. Pierre Abizeid was very professional and courteous. He made sure that we got the car that we wanted at a price we could afford. Dealing with Pierre was a pleasure and I would definitely recommend him.
From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had an appointment and were seen promptly. We put a deposit on the car we came to see. The process was simple and we were in daily contact with Hasan (our salesman) and the finance manager until we picked up the car that weekend - after returning our lease car to a different dealership. I would definitely recommend Rallye to others, as our car buying experience was a pleasure.
Was coming off a bad experience but Pierre was very helpful and friendly. He ordered me exactly what I wanted and stayed in contact through the whole process. Definitely recommended and will be returning.
