Engine Belt broke, towed in for service. Waited for extended warranty company to review (Easy Care), promptly repaired after that, along with oil leaks and a brake service.
Robert was awesome. He followed up on everything and made the whole process fun and easy. Great personality, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with.
Frank was nice and courteous. He gave me a good loaner, which was also painless. When I wen to pick up my car, it was very quick. Thanks Frank for your great job.
We were taken care of in a timely fashion. All questions were answered. No complaints about the staff. Everyone was helpful and courteous. A good experience. Do not know the name of the BMW genius who worked with us, but he was from Port Washington and did an excellent job of explaining things to us.
Excellent highly recommend Carol. Very knowledgeable and personable. Extremely professional. Car was ready quickly. All areas of concern were addressed. I will recommend Carol to all BMW owners.
With several less-than-pleasant experiences at other dealerships (phone calls not returned, emails ignored, a half-hour wait for a scheduled appointment, etc.), I chose Corinne from the Rallye website and the experience was great. I traded in my 2007 328i for a 2016 model, and Corinne was both knowledgeable and responsive. Finally, an advisor who was willing to be there before, during and after the sale! Simple scheduled oil change service. All the staff is courteous, helpful and accommodating. As usual, overall quality service from a top notch dealer. Well done.
The Employees are vey helpful and the service is Great my only complaint is about one employee who answers the calls from time to time her attitude is as if she does not care if she works there or not she is very rude I don't know her name but in the future I will definitely be making a complaint on her because I feel when I'm spending my money in an establishment I should be made to feel as if the Dealership cares about my needs and concerns
This is the third time i leased from rallye bmw and the service is excelent .this the second time Peter helped me with my vehicle and i recommend him.
