Taking a trip end of week. The engine didn't seem right. When the car was idling it made a strange sound. So I brought the car in at the end of the day to have it checked out. Bret Hines is my service manager. He took the car in immediately. An hour or so later he came to me & explained that it was actually the Battery. He replaced it, checked the car out and said I was good to go. Thanks to Bret I feel comfortable & my wife and I will enjoy our vacation.
Sheneta Dailey always nice and provide patient service for me. But the dealer do not finish the job list in one time. I have to access the deal again for untreated issue.
I had made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I was greeted as always with smiles and friendly faces. While I waited in the lounge, the service rep ( a woman, sorry don't remember her name) advised that some items (brake fluid flush, etc.) needed to be done.
