I've been coming to Rallye for years and I do not have any complaints. The service was excellent this time & every time before. I live in the Bronx & I come to Rallye no matter what...even if I have tow my car there. Everyone is extremely polite & says hello, good morning, good night etc. I think things like that are important when you're spending your money with a business as big as BMW!
Great dealership. Anyone can sell cars and lots of dealerships leave it at that, but here we are treated exceptionally well from making appointment, to drop off to pick up, with car beautifully washed and vacuumed - ready for delivery! Brian Tibbals my service advisor and my son's as well was especially helpful in making sure the repair was properly handled and the car was delivered as promised. Corinne is the best!! Wasn't sure I was going to lease another BMW with all the other deals out there. However dealing with Corinne made it no brainer!!!
Frank trotta and all of the service personnel were courteous, professional, polite, helpful cooperative and nice. I had a very positive experience and therefore I want to return.
Bret was very polite and helpful. He personally spoke to me around the promised time that my vehicle would be ready to give me an update. He also made sure that everything else that needed to be done on my vehicle other than the one I came for was taken care of. He is very pleasant to communicate with.
I have 3 BMW. Breit Heines. Is terrific and I have been buying and leasing with Mike Corresen as long as he has been at Rallye
