Fuel tank leak that was resolved very quickly and was covered under my service contract. Sheneta called to update us and did a great job managi g our expectations.
Car developed an electrical problem. Dealer took the car in without appointment, provided a loaner immediately, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and repaired the problem.
Rallye dealership is a 1st class experience as well as our sales professional Bill Wagner. This last transaction is our third lease without any disappointment-ever. Fantastic repair shop too.

It was a wonderful experience the process was efficient and timely. The car was serviced and cleaned per defined by my service attendant and everyone I dealt with was kind and professional.
Although pricey at times, Rallye seems dependable caring and honest. BMW should come up with a car with acceleration comparable to TESLA! The i8 is too expensive.
