Excellent work. The service facilities and immaculate, and the staff, from greeters to loaner car folks, to the cashier are very friendly. And, the requested repair was completed the first time, and quickly too.

BMW fairfax - best dealership! recently I've upgraded my BMW 5 series with X5 at BMW of Fairfax. This is my second car from this dealership and had smooth buying experience again. Couldn't ask for more. Have to say, Dennis (Sales) is an awesome guy to work with. He doesn't push you on cars in their lot, like other dealerships, he will work with your requirements (BMW has ton of options in every make) and help make the decision with ease. Great people great service fair prices I would like to acknowledge every single person I dealt with at BMW Fairfax for their professionalism, courtesy, and providing a great pre-owned vehicle at a fair price. Alex Zelkin in Sales is awesome , Chip and Qais the sales managers, and Andrew the finance manager, I have purchased many cars / this was by far the best experience.
