Happy Customer The sales staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and understanding. They listened and heard what I cared about and found a car that was right for me. They were not pushy at all like some salesmen can be. It was a wonderful experience.

Great Service Advisor! SLOW checkout process. If you have your car serviced here, make sure you ask for Frankie Johnson; she is top notch! The pickup time for my vehicle was over 20 minutes from the time I dropped off the loaner vehicle to actually getting into my vehicle. That's too long. Observed ONE cashier and TWO parts guys (part guys were not assisting anyone just sitting around). My co-workers that were with me were astounded that it took so long to pick up my vehicle.

4usbt Excellent as usual - Lucas explained a question I had on the billing invoice professionally. Shuttle service was invaluable as my wife was out of town at time of service.
Pre-owned customer Justin in preowned was professional, knowledgeable, relatable, and not at all your stereotypical car salesperson--not pushy, invasive, or a knowitall, but rather a very good man with nothing but the customer in mind. This was the best carbuying experience I've ever had.

best car buying experience Just bought my x5 from Brain. It was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. it is a dealership that trying to get the best deal for their customers. there is no counter offer going back and forth and you will feel you got really nice deal at the end.
