Excellent Service Center for 1999 M Roadster Frankie, my service advisor, is top notch. Her knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency are what all advisors should strive for. She is extremely customer focused and always makes me feel deeply appreciated for my business. Robert, my technician, is excellent with my older model BMW. I would follow him anywhere....he is very skilled and always takes care of my car as if it were his own. His skill and personality are what earns loyalty.
