Mrs. Connie Howell Great Service, Service Advisor, committed, invested in what he does, and time frames of the client. Wonderful waiting room and complementary drinks, and car wash. We really recommend our Advisor, Mark Stout.

Mrs. Connie Howell Mr. Stout, our service advisor gave me an estimate time for my 10.000 miles maintenance, he exceed my personal expectations , I got my car with all the maintenance done, vacuumed, and clean in less than 2 hours. The waiting room was comfortable, the snack bar free, and drinks and customer service excellent. I really love this Service room, I have been with 3 BMWs customer and they are the best service in No VA area.

Glenn I bought my BMW from BMW of Fairfax 7 years ago, with total satisfaction at every encounter. In fact, I live in maryland but drive to BMW of Fairfax regularly because they are that good. My current service advisor Mark Stout is awesome, and Mike Smith before him was also awesome. BMW of Fairfax is always professional, always expeditious in getting repairs done, and always knowledgeable in helping me to understand my current car condition, whether of not an immediate repair is needed.

Reliable service, nice facilities Reliable service which has led me to continue bringing my car here for regular maintenance. It's also very convenient to have a loaner car provided so you can continue with your normal day and pick up your car in the evening.
