BMW SATISFIED CUSTOMER I came in to have my car looked over for any issues as well as an oil change. I was told the wait would be about 2 hrs. I did not mind as I had not made an appointment. During the wait, customers was able to enjoy free coffee, drinks, and a variety of snacks. They also had some hot/cold food items for purchase. The wait areaa was spaced and comfy. I ended up getting my BMW completed within an hour and the customer service from the service department was beyond exceptional! Would highly recommend:-)

BMW of Fairfax I have purchased used and new BMWs from this dealership. I had some issues with the CPO(used) car which were quickly addressed by service. This dealership is smaller and older then most but sales and service is great.

Good Experience There were a few hiccups but they worked with us well to get them resolved. I only wish they had told me up front that the car I purchased only had one key.

BMW Sales I purchased a new 328 from James Duerbeck - it was probably the most enjoyable car buying experiance I've had (I'm almost 50...okay I'm 50). James made this experience easy in a couple of ways - he's a car guy and knows BMWs inside and out but explained everything in simple terms and didn't make you feel like a fool.
