Excellent and Gracious Service Both the service advisors and mechanics do a very nice job at BMW of Fairfax. The facility is clean and I have never had an experience in which a repair was done incorrectly and had to be brought back in. My service advisor, Leon Zelensky, knows these cars well, and takes a lot of pride in what he does.

BMW of Fairfax Recent Service Called with urgent dashboard notification to "bring your car in to correct Drivetrain Malfunction". Called and was taken immediately. Service Advisor Erika Nelson handled the problem rapidly and I was on the road with the repair in 2 hours!!
