Fairfax BMW Experience Overall a terrific experience - promptly greeted and engaged in the showroom, pristine facility with nice amenities, no pressure sales process (much appreciated!), staff were very knowledgeable of the various models, seamless sales process and spent time going over the car features and setup after purchase. We'll definitely be back! Only negative (thus the 4-star rating) - the terms of the deal changed after Finance reviewed what the salesperson initially gave us - prefer no surprises

Excellent Experience My overall experience was very good. It was easy to get an appointment and the service writer was fast.and efficient. She told me that it would be 2 hours to get my car done and she was right on the money. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable with complimentary snacks and drinks.
