DME Replacement Frankie was great! I have a pretty painful warranty but she got everything taken care of for me! I didn't have to do a thing. Great loner car. Overall the best. Have been to other dealers around town, and will stay with Fairfax even if they are a bit farther from home.

Service of my BMW 5 series As always my experience with BMW of Fairfax is great. The service people are great, the mechanics are really good, the facility is amazing, they treat you really good and keep you informed at all times. My service advisor was Andrea and se was great. Would not go anywhere else.

Great lease experience I reached out to Fairfax BMW when there were great discounts on leases of i3s. Unfortunately, everyone else knew about the same discounts, so the stock of i3s was basically gone overnight. Tu Huynh worked for nearly two weeks to find my car, searching all over the Eastern US.
