M240i I decided to stay with BMW Fairfax for a second time in four years time since they are the most reliable dealership that I have encountered. James Duerbeck is truly an exceptional sales person as he clearly knows the ultimate driving machine inside out. The high level of professionalism and expertise was commendable. We were offered the most competitive quote. Purchase experience was stress-free, enjoyable and transparent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

?? The Grapes of Wrath?? IF you have deep pockets, and IF you can get BMW NOT to phone you when you think the whole thing's over ("Hello, we'd like to ask you about your experience with BMW service." Lady, I just spent a small fortune wsith BMW; I don't feel obliged to talk with you about it.) All that said, the service was excellent, the man helping us was friendly and informative (but not intrusive), and I could actually feel an improvement in my car's performance.

Extremely Satisfied The entire experience was what you would expect from a BMW dealership/team. Ask for Erick Bautista if you want to be well taken care of. Car buyer Jude was great salesman. Open and honest guys. Process was smooth. Why do dealerships feel compelled to go through the list of adds on such as dent repair insurance and other stuff during the finance process when you say not interested upfront? Would save time.
