World's Best Service Advisor I am a long time customer of BMW of Fairfax for two primary reasons. I'm almost 70 aand in all my years Frankie Johnson is easily the best service advisor I have ever seen. Her customers and their concerns are her top priority and she delivers the best possible service each and every time. Tire Repair I brought my 2016 340xi in for tire repair. During the process the technician noticed that the left front cvc booth was ruptured and leaking grease. He ordered the parts and scheduled a follow-on appointment. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the vehicle inspection and coordination for the repair. Throughout the process my service advisor- Frankie Johnson- kept me informed of the progress and reserved a loaner vehicle for the follow-on repair. The tire was repair and the car washed in a timely manner.

Extra Charges The repairs are done correctly and customer service is great; however, BMW repairs are expensive and there is a "Customer Pay Shop Charge for Repair Order" at $60 added on the bill. Next time I don't want a Repair Order, just repair the car. BMW repairs are too expensive.

Fairfax BMW service of my 750LXI It was a GREAT experience. Frankie Johnson, my service adviser, as usual was magnificent. Explained every repair, took me to see the technician who pointed specific areas of repair so I could have "eyes on" verification and after the process was finished and my car was returned to me she checked in to see how the repairs were working for me.........Outstanding!!!
