Great service from New Cars and Finance My temp tags were about to expire and so I called on a Saturday and Doborah at the front desk made sure that someone from financing would actually get on the phone with me. After a few minutes on hold I got on the phone with Melissa who said that she would overnight the temp tags (FedEx) while the permanent (out of state) plates came in. The next day it arrived as promised. Thank you to Deborah and Melissa!!!

Fantastic Buying Experience I had a fantastic experience with James Duerbeck in ordering a new BMW. From the moment I walked into the door, he was warm, inviting, and professional. Best ever experience buying a car James Duerbeck was the sales associate who helped me. Ask for him. He's great, and clearly interested in building a long-term relationship, not just selling a car. First Class Service Great experience buying my X5. My sales person Kyle was extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the car. Martha answered all my questions before flying over to pick up the car. Also very friendly. Picked up my car with all the keys, manuals, key chains, Carfax, service records and a FULLl tank of gas. Great Experience! I ended up at BWM of Fairfax after seeing their pricing and selection of used cars. I visited the dealership and was met by both the User Car Manager and a Salesman. Within 30 minutes of my visit, I was offered top dollar for my trade-in and excellent pricing on a used 2010 BMW 535xi. All without any pressure or haggling over price! A big plus for me!
