The best! I have been looking to trade my car for many months now and knew I needed some quick repairs to get it ready and to get top dollar. Mike choung in service was incredible and then I went over to sales, got more than I ever thought I could get for trade .. Ordered a new 328 I and all I can say is they are the best! Nice people , no pressure!
2011 BMW 328 Convertible This is my second car from this dealership and to my surprise the second time around was even a better experience. Their prices are very upfront and leave the guess work to a non existent state. Love bringing my car for service where even if the repair is going to be longer than 4 hours they seem more than willing to take care of me with a loaner car. Everyone will always know where I purchase my BMW's from.
Where is my check? To be clear this is for the Collision Center and not the dealership. I have two BMW's, an X5 and X3M both 2020 models. Unfortunately got in 3 accidents in 2020 because of the crazy I66 construction. Took both cars to BMW of Fairfax. First two incidents were taken care of without issue. The third however has been ongoing since May of 2021. It's now January 2022. Geico sent BMW of Fairfax Collision Center check in June 2021. Stay Away! I leased a BMW X4 back in 2019 from this dealership. I returned the car a couple of months early due to used car prices going up. After returning the car in Sept and paying all the amount that I owed including property taxes I get another bill with more property taxes from Oct to this coming December even though I do not have the car anymore! Beware of Service Going to have to give this BMW service location a whopping 1 stars. The old myth about service departments stereotyping and taking advantage of a what seems to be a clueless female is the daily practice here at Bmw of Fairfax. Repair needs My repair was due to design flaw and Fairfax covered the cost which was much appreciated.
Maintenance repair I have to come back for the 3rd time to get my car fix. Some of the advisors seems like they do not know what they are talking about. I gave some recommendations but dismiss. Not sure is the mechanic that has the problem. Or the management quality control. Seems like doesn?t exist.
Tire Repair I Gad a slow leak in my tire so I contacted Franky who set me up to set it checked out. It turned out to be a nail in the tire which was quickly repaired. I was provided a Uber voucher so that I could go to my app., While it worked easily leaving the dealership it refused the voucher for the return trip.
