Great Sales; Great Service Excellent dealership. I bought my first BMW from BMW of Fairfax, and will continue to buy all my cars there in the future. High line car at low price I purchased a used car from Kyle Groom at BMW of Fairfax, they were great the entire time. They had the lowest price within 500 miles on the 3 series I wanted, so I understood why they wouldnt discount the car anymore, I even drove 120 miles to get there, past many other BMW dealers. car for my daugher I leased my 2011 BMW from Alex almost 2 years ago. Couple month ago I met him in service department and mentioned that I am on the market for inexpensive used car for my 16 years old daughter. Very Efficient Process I called them ahead of time to take a look at a used M3 that they had. Set an appointment, and was greeted by a sales person as I walked out of my car. Quick and easy process. Amazing product knowledge and customer service! Very happy with my new purchase. Having previously owned a few modded 3 series coupes in my lifetime - I finally decided to splurge on a M series. I did not expect to get any help since i was just our of warranty, i did not expect they would be very nice to me because i did not buy my car from them and as crazy as it sounds it was the best service i have ever received from anyone anywhere! Wow.. great prices and awesome service wow.. amazingly quick pain free process. No need to negotiate on pre owned cars b/c they are already priced super competitive. Great customer service, was treated and received very well. I applaud the staff members for putting together such a great facility.
