Great Service I have my 2011 X5D serviced at BMW of Fairfax, VA and I have to report that these guys in the service department are really great. They know their stuff, are customer focused, answered questions, explain maintenance and make me, the customer, feel as if I'm the most important guy in the place. Caveat emptor "Let the buyer beware" is always good advice, but especially in used car shopping. I went over my prospective buy carefully online, including the free Carfax the dealer provided, performed all the recommended checks at the dealership, test-drove it and decided to buy it. Easy as can be... After researching the market for a 2008 3-Series for about a month, I came to the conclusion that BMW of Fairfax easily offered the best values. They were consistently the lowest price out there especially when factoring in mileage and options. When it was finally time to pull the plug, I visited the store and found the staff very pleasant to deal with. No pressure or gimmicks just a very straight-forward process. I'm a 3peat customer! I've now purchased 3 vehicles from BMW of Fairfax over the last few years and there is a reason I keep coming back time after time. I've never felt pressured to hurry and make a decision and they have patiently explained everything to me from the options on each car I was interested in, the financing options available, etc and they never made me feel "silly" for wanting what I want (specific color, specific interior, this option or that, etc). I highly recommend this dealership!
Service is Unbeatable! From my arrival all the way through the waiting process and checkout, my experience was awesome and easy! I didnt have to wait a long time at all! In fact they told me how long it was going to be and even offered to help me get to some erronds while I waited! Great Customer Service
