Typical Car dealership I came in looking for a 3 series, its a typical car dealership nothing really special. I was greeted by a receptionist and informed her that I had an appointment. Waited about 5-10 minutes before somebody assisted me. The customer service is good but not great. Decent inventory of the 3 series, a bit over priced compared to other BMW dealerships.
