I want to thank Taylor Snook at BMW of Beaumont for always being so helpful, professional and attentive.
Took the convertible into a glass place to repair the rear side window and they ordered the part from Mike Smith BMW. Once they started they said it was too difficult. I then took to the BMW service department and Lisa Dillon wrote it up at 730 one morning. She and the crew were great. Fast work and they all do it with a smile.
I want to give a shout out to BMW of Beaumont. Keith Leger, Loney Bourque, Rocky Willis, David Vallee and Willie Calcote. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in my new BMW. They were there every step of the way making sure that I didn’t just settle for something that didn’t have everything I wanted in a vehicle. These guys are awesome!! Always Very professional! BMW of Beaumont did an excellent job on my car repairs, were fast and efficient, and got me back on the road in less than 24 hours. I was traveling through when I hit two huge pot holes on the interstate going at a high speed. This bent my rim and blew out a tire. They were able to order the rim and have me driving the next day which was a huge help considering I was 6 hours from home. Robin in the service department is awesome by the way. As usual, BMW of Beamont took great care of me and my car. Robyn handled my 335i with care and got me in and out in record time keeping me notified every step of the way.
