Our BMW Genius was exceptional explaining our BMW make and model! We were introduced to service associate Robin! We were not looking to buy a car BUT it was more like a family than a dealership! I wasn't looking to purchase a car but the Great Customer Service I received from Joseph Vallary made me think about it. He gave me his undivided attention which made me feel like I was his only customer. Even after I purchased my car, Joseph Vallary contacted me to ensure all of my questions & concerns were answered. I have always had great service at Mike Smith’s BMW. My rep was friendly and helpful as were the other reps and sales people. My car was washed and cleaned inside and outside, but I wondered why I had an 8:00 appointment but did not get out of f the dealership until 4:45!
