After searching Houston for months for a new car, we ended up coming home to our local dealer for the best buy in the area. The service staff is fantastic; friendly and helpful. It seems like a well run organization.

I love BMW I'm Beaumont. My service Rep is awesome! Anytime I call up there I call my Rep personally. They all make me feel welcome. They will bring you to get something to eat if you ask them. Today I rode with my service rep. I have no problems at all. They treat me with kindness, politeness and respect.

I have always been very impressed with TAYLOR but I’m not sure what is going on with the service department but my car has been in there 8 times and just picked my car up and made the u-turn and the light came on again! I’m so � mad!!!!
