No one greeted me when I pulled up, I didn’t know which door to walk in...A representative was at the desk with a tech but did not look out to help me so I walk through someone’s office I then waited at the desk and there the receptionist was on the phone, a gentleman came from the back who I guess saw me looking like a lost puppy and got someone to help... however, Lisa was great! And my car service I received was of bmw Beaumont quality.
