After having owned four Acura cars before this, the time was right to look into a BMW (which I have always wanted). Upon visiting the lot on a Sunday, I was impressed with the style, color, and price of the model I liked. I shopped for a BMW in the past at several other dealerships and no matter how much I liked the cars I refused to do business with them. I have had several Mercedes because the other BMW dealerships were awful. Circle BMW was my last attempt to purchase a BMW in 5 years and they were wonderful. They totally changed my perception of the BMW dealership attitude and customer service. Kim made the experience enjoyable and actually fun. I will be looking to Kim when my Mercedes lease is up.

Going for service, even with BMW's $0 maintenance program is a daunting thought. Each time I walked in, even at 7:30 AM, Bob greeted me with an extended hand, a warm smile and an even warmer disposition. I unfortunately just moved over an hour away from the dealership so coming in for service will be tough and I'm disappointed about that as I found a place I trust. Highly recommend Bob and Circle BMW.

Overall purchase experience was pleasant and not a high-pressure environment. I felt welcome and well treated even though it took me two visits to decide on the vehicle I wanted, the day of my purchase I was on site for most of the day, and I was not purchasing a terribly expensive vehicle (3 year old used).

Where do I begin! Circle BMW is the best dealership I have EVER dealt with. CHASTIN is AMAZING!! He was very straightforward, DID NOT, AND I REPEAT DID NOT try to fast talk me. You know the saying that a lady should never go into a dealership alone. Well I'm not afraid to do anything alone and was ready for the challenge but Chastin was GREAT! Jonathan was a great in all aspects of the sale. It was a great experience, but even more so because I had Jonathan to help me through the whole process! He is great at what he does and didn't leave out a thing. Also Brian was great at explaining all the cars features and went about and beyond.

We purchased a bmw from Alan Tannenhaus previously, and just recently purchased another bmw from Alan. He is professional, knowledgeable and always a gentleman. I would recommend him highly. Bob, one of the managers in the service department, and the rest of the department are always first rate.

We purchased our Certified Pre-Owned BMW from an out of state dealership due to the fact that our requirements were very specific. Recently, we needed service and choose Circle BMW. We were blown away by the service that we received from Mr. Jeff Chestnut and the entire team at Circle BMW in Eatontown NJ. Frankly, I can only imagine the service that Circle BMW gives to customers that actually purchase their cars from them. I will be recommending Circle BMW to my friends, family and co-workers!
