I Just purchased my new 528xi from Circle BMW/NJ . dealing with Mr Alan Tannenhaus was very professional ,I recommend speaking to him first whenver you think of new car, he will not waste your time , I am recommending him to all my friends.
Probably my most impressive experience in buying any vehicle. The salesperson made the difference. What was most convenient for me was being able to shop via email while I was at work. James was very responsive in getting back to me quickly, and the only thing left after speaking with him via email, was to go look at the car in person.
I brought my car into the dealer after just buying it. I had things that I thought were problems but really were not. Ronald took the time to fully explain how my hd radio worked and how my navigation system was on the incorrect setting. All my questions were answered and now I feel I have someone in the service Dept. who truley cares and someone I can go to with any questions regarding my car. I would 100% recommend Circle Bmw and Ronald.
I walked into Circle hoping to purchase my first BMW, I was somewhat anxious to say the least, but as soon as I met Tathiana Carrasco with her pleasant demeanor, I was completely at ease and I knew she was going to make the whole “car buying process” a lot less painful. I needed a car in short order and was relatively specific in my needs. I was looking for a 2001-2004 BMW 330Xi with under 70,000mi. tim is an awesome service advisor. he went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issues on our 2005 BMW X5, He got me a loaner car, had the work done right and on time at a great price. Circle BMW even washed the car and put a box of mints in the cubby!! I would definitely go back to this dealer anytime! Tim knows his stuff and is a true enthusiast at heart. Every BMW Service Advisor should be like him!
Chris in the Parts department is incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly loves his job, and I'm very thankful for that! Shipping of the parts I've ordered from him were received lightning-fast, and were always EXACTLY what I had ordered. Of all the dealerships I've purchased from, Circle BMW tops the list!
I am leasing an X3 and have been very satisfied with, not only the sales associate(Allan) but the service staff as well. They have all been friendly, attentive, and interested in serving our needs. This is my second car from Circle because of the way we were treated by all the personnel we encountered there. Circle has also always fixed any problems with the car we may have had, and gave us a loaner if we needed one.
Robert Heydorn has been my SA for over 4 years- at every occasion I've delt with him, he has repeatedly gone out of his way (well above and beyond the call of duty) to ensure that my experience with Circle has been a good one.
