I want to take a moment to comment on my recent purchase of a certified pre-owned 328XI from your dealership. I feel quite lucky to have been assigned to Eric Krentzman when I called in to inquire about one of your cars. Tim provides exceptional product knowledge and service, he is one of the main reasons we continue to buy BMW's from this dealer, it is the best "service after the sale" we have experienced. Circle BMW was the second BMW dealership I went to another Dealership and was completely unimpressed! The sales rep was not knoledgeable in the model vehicle I was interesed in. When I came to circle I was met out side by Tathiana Crrasco and from there the transaction was painless! Tathiana is knowledgable and honest in her salesmanship! The rest of the trans action was smooth sailing.
Inquired about a used X3 3.0i and heard back immediately. The people at the dealership were extremely courteous, friendly, and willing to help with all of our needs and questions. Our salesman Clay was nice, very easy to deal with, and even went over every aspect of the car when we came to test drive it.
