I highly recommend Circle BMW, Eatontown, New Jersey. From my initial look at the dealership from their website to my walking through their door, it was 5+. My dealings with Deanna Riley through the internet and my initial meeting with her all proved to be a very pleaseant experience. She was a true professional and wonderful to deal with from start to finish. In fact, every person I came in contact with at Circle BMW proved to be very professional. Everything about this dealership is great. Friendly service ALWAYS. Tom is extraordinarily helpful. John in the service department is also fantastic. You are treated as a person and not as a 'sale', which is hard to find these days. I will never purchase another car from anywhere else! I highly and strongly recommend Circle BMW.

Before going to Circle BMW, I had been to see Paul Miller, Park Ave., Open Road, etc. and all said they had a CPO car for me "like new". Went through the trouble of putting down deposits, taking their word that the car was not full of dents, excessive scratches, dings and bad touch up jobs. A pleasent dealership. Very personable sales people and the service dept is the best. Have purchased multiple cars fom them and have all my cars serviced there. I purchased my most recent vehicle via the internet .Negotiation was all accomplished via the internet and I need only arrive at the dealership to make a deposit and sign some paperwork. Less than 20 minutes of my time.
Excellent experience overall. For me this process from start to end was done about 90% via email, which is great when I'm on teleconferences all day with minimal time for phone calls.
