Timothy Meritzis was my Service Advisor. He was very pleasant, extremely helpful and accommodating. When I arrived with my vehicle, he immediately consulted with a mechanic and ordered the appropriate parts. Timothy was reassuring and took care of everything for me including a loaner car. He would call me and give updates on the stages of services being preformed to my vehicle, which made me feel confident in him and the dealership, making my experience with him and the dealership very pleasant.
This BMW dealership has set the bar for excellence in Service and Sales. When you work with this group, they are absolutely motivated to solve any service issue and make your experience a positive one. When there is a problem such as a strange noise, they will have a guy ride in the trunk if that's what it takes to find it! I currently service 2 vehicles with Circle and have for several years. Tim, my service advisor was exceptional in recommending the correct service for my car. He also kept me informed on service bulletins and TSBs that pertained to my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable on the product and is always enthusiastic about the car and the brand. The entire service staff at Circle BMW is top notch.
Tim is by far the best service adviser on the NJ shore. He is knowledgeable about the product on everything from the new 7-series to the old 80s M-cars - which is VERY rare to find. When I was shopping for a vehicle, I was decision impaired and took numerous rides in various cars for several months before making a purchase. I went to Circle BMW for the sole purpose of appeasing my daughter Lisa. Lisa felt I should look into a BMW instead of buying another Mercrdes. Upon arriving at Circle BMW I was greeted by Deanna Riley who proceeded to show me a number of X5's on the lot & show room. I am a consultant from California and have a "Senior Vehicle" that occasionally requires repairs. When I drop my car off for Service it is always proptly checked in and I meet right away with Tim, my Service Specialist, allowing me to be in and out in under 15 minutes. He is always honest and straightforward when explaining any repair and does it in a respectful way that I can understand.
