I had just accepted delivery of a new 335i convertible and discovered several defects....defective glove department lock, defective wind screen, defective speakers, and most troubling a major water leak. While I was not happy, being a customer of Circle BMW since 1986 I knew the problems would be taken care of. Since purchasing a 2006 X5 4.8is I have had extensive dealings with Circle BMW. My vehicle is still under factory warranty. Tim has handled my "issues" in a courteous & competent manner. I appreciate when a service advisor listens to my specific concerns. Mike makes sure that everything is "just so" before I pick my car up. The entire parts department has been very patient dealing with me & my special orders. I, in turn, am a loyal customer.
There was a line on rear bumper. It was created by material leaking from trunk latch. Car is only one month old, and i was informed it was not covered by warranty. Purchased my first CPO BMW 328i the other day. Great experience. I inquired about an xi on the internet, and receieved a response the same day from Alan. Although that car was sold before I could make the purchase, Alan was in constant communication with me every step of the way. My BMW X5 had a problem at night on a dark street,requiring a tow. When Roadside Assistance had trouble aiding me, I called our dealer, Circle BMW, out of desperation. Their performance, and particularly that of Bob Datri,was extraordinary. Luckily the showroom was open when I called. The service advisor Bob Datri did an exceptional job in resolving our dilemma. I had a great experience buying my 07 CPO 5 series. I had been shopping for about 2 months and been to several BMW dealers and while that experience was okay, I was blown away by Circle. Len Digilio and the team at Circle far exceeded my expectations. The process was fast, smooth, friendly, and right on time. Price was right and the vehicle is in beautiful condition. Len knows his stuff both from a sales process and product knowledge basis. I wholeheartedly recommend Len and Circle BMW.
The whole shooping experience at Cirlcle BMW was quite enjoyable. I have been looking for a car for a while and was pleasantly surprised at the customer oriented personnel at Cirle BMW.
