Email confirmed recent trade for the car I was interested in for a college son. Low mileage in excellent condition. Drive 80 miles to see it. Beautiful new facility, seemingly engaging staff. HOWEVER, "car is being cleaned", you can't even take a peak. No courtesy, no accommodation, BUT, if you leave your number... REALLY? You honestly think I'd waste my time AGAIN? Decide for yourself whether this is the kind of business you'd patronize.

The experience did not live up to prior dealings at Circle BMW. It felt as if we drove the sales process. Not much value added from sales staff.

Looking through a couple of websites for a new release/high demand car and came across an Ebay posting for the car i wanted. The car was listed on Ebay for well above list price, which i was happy to pay since the car was so hard to find. Without telling the salesperson that i saw the ad on Ebay, I call the sales department and get a very pleasant salesman on the phone who confirms the "buy now" Ebay price is what they are looking to sell the car for. I brought my 2003 X5 to Circle BMW for diagnosis of a problem with the central locking system which developed after I had a dead battery. The locking system only worked with the key in the lock, but not with the remote or the lock button in the vehicle. After waiting for 2 hours, I was told by the service advisor that the mechanic could not figure out the problem and he needed an additional 3 hours of diagnosis time. After going to 4 dealerships in Manhattan for a lease, and being treated from fair to poor, we decided to stop in to Circle BMW to "look at the cars". We met Danny Wong at the front desk and he guided us through the vast selection and he was a professional from A to Z. We made our decision immediately because he was so knowledgeable, patient and didn't try to talk us into something we were not interested in. I was very happy with John. However, I was not happy with the fact that I had to wait over 2 weeks to get the money for my trade in. I've traded in cars before and always got my money at the time of purchase/trade in and have talked with other people who have told me the same thing. And while I did eventually get my money it did make me feel very uneasy to just give my car away with the title and not get anything in return for weeks to come. I bought a BMW X3 from Circle BMW. Aside from my not so friendly sales man I was sold a lemon. Within a year my truck has had numerous issues and when taken to another BMW dealer I was told I needed thousands of dollars in repairs. After my first complaint I was contacted by Circle BMW and offered a free detailing but that will not cover the amount of money put into this vehicle thus far. This car lasted a year and my confidence in BMW is gone. Please beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever!!! This dealership only favors people who purchase through them. The service advisors did not return any of my phone calls. I was thrown out of the dealership after arriving for my scheduled appointment due to high volume. If these service advisors call themselves by that title they should learn how to do their jobs. All they did was give me attitude. I would advise to stay away!
