I had my car serviced at CircleBMW yesterday and wanted to share my feedback. I have to tell you that I've never received that level of superior service from ANY car company that I've dealt with in the past, and most of the companies that I've bought/leased from in the past have been luxury car companies (never a BMW though). After 40 years of buying vehicles I finally had the perfect experience! I wanted a specific vehicle with specific detail. Circle BMW found it for me. As a repeat costomer over the years I have always had a very pleasant experience in dealing with Circle BMW. Everyone is extremely helpful and accomodating from answering all your questions to providing a loaner car when needed. The service department always gets it right! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been dealing with Circle BMW for the last 21 years. I just leased by seventh car and have loved all of them. Jackie Weimer has been my sales person for my last four cars and she is the best. They make it so easy when you need service, although you hardly ever do. They are courteous, caring and give you what they promise. I enjoy using my courtesy car when I do get service. Very friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns. They made the whole process so easy and quick. I didn't have to call back for anything after the purchase. Quite different from my first purchase experience. They took the time up front to have me comfortable with the options and functions on the car NOT after the purchase which was really nice customer service.
I recently leased my second BMW from Circle BMW. Once again, it was a most pleasant experience. My original inquiry was sent via email as I was responded to within 24 hours. My schedule can be a bit hectic, but Mr. Richardson was very accomdating and I had no problem scheduling an appointment at my leisure. Once there, I did not feel pressured or rushed.
