Driving up to your Dealership was impressive,the Receptionist was ready to point me in the direction of my appointment with Eric! This is my first BMW,and it was an overall exiting experience! Eric was helpful,well informed and charming. It was a real treat ,buying this car thru him! Im looking forward to many cups of great coffee during Service!
I stopped by Circle BMW the other day to enquire about parts and service for my 1997 M3. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledeable, located the parts I needed, and also helped determine what I should consider replacing for my Inspection II service. I was on my way quickly but will definitely be using Tim as my trusted service advisor going forward.
Tathiana is an excellent worker. I originally met her in February and told her I would be back to look at cars in May when my Honda lease was up. Boy is she on the ball! When pulling into the parking lot, you realize that you will get a great car and that it will be serviced just fine, without hassles. Comparing the Dealership to others visited, well there is on real good comparison. The others are good, Circle is impressive. Good dealership to do business with. Bought two new BMWs there from Paul and was both times very satisfied. I did a European Delivery on a M3 convertible and everything worked just fine with the pick-up at the BMW Welt in Munich. Also, regular maintenance service was performed quickly and with care. Only thing that could have been better: the trade-in price on my 911 - but I guess the market didn't allow for much more ;-)
I was referred to Ms Deanna Riley at Circle BMW by a friend. I had a rather unpleasant experience in the past with this dealership and was resigned to using another before Deanna was recommended, and it was the best thing that could have happened. We have never been so pleased with a car purchase, Deanna Riley and the Circle Team were a pleasure to deal with. they were all so friendly, professional and just an absolute pleasure to deal with.
