We originally did not intend to buy a car that very day, but the vehicle was as advertised and the saleman, Jim Laumer was excellant. Due to several reasons, the deal took longer than expected, but a lot of the staff stayed past closing to get us on our way. I took delivery of a new X5 from BMW Cleveland.I have contacted BMW Cleveland through their internet sales, my request was picked up by Avery Weider. I live in Michigan, I was little hesitant to buy a car from out of town dealership but after dealing with Avery, I felt very comfortable. I just took delivery on a new 2016 750i xDrive last week. I worked with Debbie Bednar at BMW Cleveland. As always, the service and buying experience were excellent. Deb makes buying a new car fun and low pressure. I have bought 4 vehicles from Deb in the last 4 years for myself and my family. I could buy these vehicles at any of the local BMW dealers - We keep coming back because of Deb.
I leased this car for my wife and Avery's patience and teaching ability was phenomenal. From the test drive to the delivery - all was very smooth and seamless. Kudos also to Debbie Bednar who filled in one day when Avery was on vacation. She helped my wife with all the features choices. Appreciated that very much. The teamwork was outstanding.
I just took delivery of a very special car. Because I wanted kind of a special configuration (manual transmission, some special sport packages, color choice, etc.) on a 435i for my first new car since 2006, I spent a considerable amount of time with Deb Bednar and with her patient assistance decided to special order a 2016.
