I had a very positive experience at BMW of Cleveland while purchasing my CPO 2013 535xi. I was very satisfied with my salesperson Chad Cyrus. Don't let his young age fool you. He is extremely knowledgeable about the brand and was very honest and willing to go the extra mile. I feel I was treated fairly and with respect by everyone at this dealership and they followed through with all commitments they made. I would definitely recommend the dealership and would buy from them again.

I was looking for good deal on 2015 535i x lease and with one phone call and two emails the deal was done. Ken Johnson was professional and made my car leasing experience an enjoyable one.

In 2009, I traded in my Lexus SC430 convertible for a BMW; loved the 2010 135i convertible and also was impressed by the "adult" manner of the sales agent. A few weeks ago, I traded that in and leased another BMW, a 2016 228xi, this time through Debbie Bednar and Joe Tracey and again found the transaction to be very professional, considerate, respectful....with no BS, no pressure and no haggling games. Obviously, this adult approach is BMW Cleveland's style, and I very much appreciate it.

I had looked at the Mercedes CLA 250 and the infinity but I wasn't thrilled with the vehicles or the sales people. I wasn't sure if I wanted to but a BMW or another vehicle but after visiting the dealership and working with Ron and the manager Bob Abele I was so glad that I listened to my son and looked at the BMW's. I've worked with Debbie Bednar for years. Purchased Certified Pre-owned and at least two leases. Knowing I prefer standard transmission, she has always worked to satisfy my performance and financial criteria. She is friendly and professional.
