Just bought my third BMW from Debbie Bednar. Looked at 3 different models and considered both purchase and lease options on them all, so she spent a lot of time with me. Always easy to work with, patient, and a good listener. She and the team there made the process and paperwork very easy. People at this dealership earn my continuing patronage and loyalty on an ongoing basis.
I was buying a relatively modestly priced certified per-owned 328i, but was treated like I was spending three times as much on a 2016 5 Series. Clearly staff is trained to go out of their way to be friendly and welcoming which clearly speaks to how well management must treat its employees. I just want to start off by saying that I had an exceptional experience with the BMW of Cleveland. And that I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a new or used BMW.
Ms. Bednar is a consummate professional: low-key, well-informed, attentive to the interests and concerns of her customer, and willing to be flexible when flexibility is required. I have purchased three BMW's from Ms. Bednar and do so each time with confidence.
