I worked with Debbie Bednar to purchase a 2014 BMW M5. Deb made the process very easy and followed up as promised. When I arrived at the dealership the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We closed the deal in record time and I was back on the road with my new vehicle in no time.

Debbie Bednar did a great job as my Sales Associate. Pleasant, patient, responsive and I felt I got a good deal on the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted, no bickering. Overall good experience negotiating for and buying a Certified Pre-owned BMW. I've been a happy customer of BMWCleveland for about 10 years and am happy to remain one!
