Everyone at the dealership is friendly, courteous, patient, professional in all respects. Great follow-up with customers to make certain that everything is perfect. Attention to detail is excellent.
Jeff Allen was very helpful with my custom ordered 335i. In between ordering and pickup dates (about 10 weeks), BMW changed the lease deal and within 24hrs, Jeff was to re-work the purchase agreement, saving me an extra $1000. Thank you Jeff!
We purchased a very nice low-mileage used Chevrolet Impala. We figured a BMW dealership would only keep the best of the best. We were right. Great high school kids' car. Chad Cyrus was very helpful and couldn't have been nicer had we purchased the most expensive BMW on the lot! BMW Cleveland treated me with respect and were accommodating in every way. Ron Wesley was very helpful and together with Doug Janco worked to get me to a monthly lease that I am comfortable with. This is my first BMW and most likely not the last. We live about an hour away from the dealership but in my estimation, very much worth the trip.
My wife took the car in and remarked how friendly and accommodating all the people at the dealership were. She was very impressed with the fact that she was called by name. She felt very much at home.
Chad Cyrus is a down to earth salesman. I give him a 10. Lamont Williams is awesome. This is my 3 BMW from this dealership. My 6th BMW purchase overall. Beverly is an absolute jewel. I will continue to give them business bc of their no-nonsense approach. They will work with you.
I had a great experience at BMW Cleveland-Thats why I continue to go back there for my vehicles. In the future remove the 25 word min requirement for your review, or Ill just not review it at all!! I believe thats enough words!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I thought those guys went above and beyond what I've seen in the past. They made sure I had everything I needed and that I was very satisfied before I pulled off the lot.
Jim Balala and the team at BMW Cleveland were outstanding. Formerly a resident of the Cleveland area I now live in South Carolina and traveled to their dealership to test drive and buy an M6 they had In stock that I could find nowhere else within a 700 mile radius of my home.
