I had a wonderful experience. I dealt with Jeff Allen and he was very helpful. He ordered my X l with exactly what I wanted on it and kept me posted on the delivery date of my car. He put me in touch with Max Frankle (BMW Genius), who educated me on how to run my keyless car. The entire process was easy and very satisfactory.
I went on the Internet to find a 650ix convertible in white. I got a phone call from Jim Balala of BMW Cleveland on a Wednesday and Saturday my car was delivered to my home in Houston ,Texas. No 4 hour session of q&a or who shot Jonn . It was a great price on the Internet and they stood by the price.
