Customer Service Unmatched Patience, going above and beyond, convenient and the best customer service ever. I am so fortunate to have purchased my car from Annapolis BMW and Thomas B. The care he took to make sure I had more than what I even thought I wanted in a car was unparalleled to any car buying experience I’ve ever had. His intuition with his customers is unmatched. In addition to my salesman, the business office got me in and out in record time! Overall, a wonderful experience.
Routine Service Took 2hrs for an oil change which to be fair I was told would take one and one half hours. Both the estimate and the actual time seemed a little long to me since I was waiting there. But if they did a good job that is what counts and I believe they did.
